Magnesium for your Immune System

You’ve got to feel a little sorry for our immune systems… they’re constantly working, day in and day out to stave off illness, and they don’t get enough recognition for it.

You don’t usually find people walking around talking about how thankful they are for their healthy immune system. But when our immune system gets overburdened, and we get sick, we’re awfully quick to point the blame. 

So let’s get this out of the way first…

There is no magical cure that will grant you a bullet-proof immune system.

A healthy immune system is the result of a balanced, holistic approach to health. Strong immune systems come from eating high-quality food, exercising regularly, getting adequate sleep and fueling your body with helpful supplements. (1)

As you can imagine, battling every bacterial bug and virus that we encounter is a pretty exhausting job. That’s why supporting our immune system is crucial. We need it to be in tip top shape, otherwise, we’ll constantly be ill.

A variety of factors can weaken the immune system. For example, long term deficiency in essential vitamins and minerals can impair the body’s ability to fight infection and disease, it’s one of the bases you want to be sure to cover.

Magnesium plays a role in immune support in a variety of ways, and adequate levels of magnesium chloride (the primary ingredient in our magnesium oil), stimulate immune function.
